5-Year Limited Warranty

Evanoe Travel warrants its luggage and travel bags against defects in materials and workmanship, under normal use, for five years from the date of delivery to the original purchaser.

What's covered

• Cracked or split shells from normal use
• Broken or seized wheels, wheel housings and telescopic handles
• Failed zippers, locks, straps and carry handles
• Seam or fabric failures on backpacks and pouches

What's not covered

• Normal wear and tear: scuffs, scratches, dents and fading
• Damage caused by an airline or carrier (please file a claim with them at the airport)
• Misuse, accidents, alterations, or overpacking

What we'll do

If your claim is approved, we'll repair the item by sending a replacement part, or replace the item with the same or a comparable model. We cover the cost of replacement parts and shipping them to you.

How to claim

Message us through our contact page with your order number, a short description of the problem and photos. We reply within 1–2 business days. Please don't send anything back until we've confirmed the next step.

Your rights

This is a limited warranty. It gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by state. It is in addition to, and does not limit, your rights under applicable consumer law.
