We want you to love your Evanoe Travel luggage. If it isn't right, you can return it.

30-day returns

You can return any item within 30 days of delivery for any reason, as long as it is unused, in its original condition and packaging, with all tags attached. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Your original free US shipping is not deducted from your refund.

How to return an item

1. Message us through our contact page with your order number and the item you want to return.
2. We reply within 1–2 business days with your return address and instructions. Please don't send items to the sender address on your parcel, because it may not accept returns.
3. Pack the item securely and send it with a tracked service. Keep your tracking number.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and is checked, we refund the item price to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take a few extra days to show it.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, tell us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We'll send a replacement or a full refund and cover any return shipping.

After 30 days

Manufacturing defects that appear later are covered by our 5-Year Limited Warranty.

This policy does not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
