These terms apply when you browse or buy from Evanoe Travel (“we”, “us”). By placing an order you agree to them.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your shipping confirmation. We may cancel an order, with a full refund, if an item is unavailable or a pricing error is obvious.

Prices and launch pricing

Prices are shown in US dollars and include free standard shipping to the contiguous United States. Applicable sales tax is shown at checkout. Launch prices are available until the end date shown on the product page; after that the product returns to its stated regular price.

Products

We describe products as accurately as we can. Colors can look different on different screens. Suitcase sizes are nominal; airline cabin size and weight rules vary, so check your airline's requirements against the listed external dimensions before travel.

Shipping, returns and warranty

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of our products or website. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
